It is an all in one software submission tool. At time of review we were able to submit to 316 download sites, but after talking to the developer he has assured us that it will support 500 within the next few months.
You are able to submit to hundreds of sites very quickly because you can create an account for each site within the program, so everything is automatically submitted for you.

When you start the program you receive a clear and well set out interface. The program comes with Quick Tips which will guide you swiftly through each feature.
There is an in depth help facility that will take you through the basics of using PromoSoft with on screen graphic aid to let you see exactly what must be done to operate the program.
Submitting your site could not be easier, all you need to do is follow these few simple steps:
Step1
Click on the Accounts tab, this is where you set your account username and password for each site so you gain access to their site and submit your program. You can make a default password for every site or use a different one for each site, incase you may already have an account with a certain website.

Next you select the category your program would be associated with. This will automatically update every site you have in your website database.
Step3
Now you need to select what sites you wish to submit to, PromoSoft will automatically blacklist the sites that are not applicable to your software based on your PAD file. For instance some sites will only let you submit Freeware, and if you are trying to submit Shareware it would be a waste of your time.
Step4
After you have chosen your sites you can now start submitting your software by clicking on the submit tab. Hit start and your software will be submitted automatically to the sites you have picked. There is a counter box in the top right corner which indicates how many sites there are to be submitted to and how many were successful.
When the site submission is complete and there are some sites that did not submit because a wrong password was used, you will be given the opportunity to review those sites and modify the password so you can resubmit to those sites.
After you have resubmitted, you will then be shown a detailed error log which will tell you what sites were not submitted to and then offers an explanation why they were not successfully completed. You even get a suggestion on what action to take to prevent those errors occurring in the furture. If you wish to save your error report, you can export the error page and save it as an HTML file as shown above.
PromoSoft has the ability to create and edit PAD files, so you do not require two separate programs. The list of web sites is updated daily which will maximise your ability to submit software. When submitting files, PromoSoft offers good error checking through your PAD files in case you have left anything blank or made a mistake.
An excellent feature of this software is if your software is already listed at a website, PromoSoft will check and not attempt to relist it.
We have found this software to be the best of its kind, there are alternatives like Robosoft but it does not compare to PromoSoft because you are required to submit to each site manually which can take a long time to do, especially if you have a large number of sites you want to submit to. Robosoft is actually more expensive yet PromoSoft is only $79 while Robosoft is $99, but Robosoft offer a 30% discount for ASP members.
